This is a great product. I don't know what the bad reviews are about and because of them I wasn't going to buy this. But I did and I am very happy with the product. Great Value.

I like overall, but it's a little bit noisy

Bought a vent hood, upon opening realized we had purchase an item that need to be vented to the exterior, contacted Amazon but we were outside the return window, they told me to contact Ikitch. I contacted Ikitch, they were so helpful, they swapped the product out for the correct product, I just had to pay the return shipping. This company has great customer support.

The quality is really good and the four-speed engine is phenomenal, I definitely recommend it.

Looks good when off! Otherwise Loud and Annoying, Bright Animation that can't be turned off. Had to resort to putting black electrical tape over it. Also, tapped over the hand/wave sensors. They would trigger when not intended.
