No manual or remote received?
We put the instructions, remote control and mounting screws in a plastic bag inside the foam.
Wind speed is low. No 900CFM?
Regarding the suction problem, please check the problem.
1. If a carbon filter is installed, the air volume will be greatly affected and will be reduced by nearly half. So it can't reach 900CFM.
2. If activated carbon is not installed, ensure that the blades of the air outlet are open when the range hood is working. And a smooth exhaust to the duct with nothing blocking the duct.
If you still have problems with suction, please try using a paper towel to test whether you can hold it at wind speed 1.
Remote control can't be used?
Please ensure that the battery is installed and the correct model (battery model CT2025)
1. Remove the white insulation before use.
2. The distance should not be too far, within 2 meters.
3. Align the remote control with the receiver on the range hood control panel.
Gesture switch doesn't work?
To move your hand quickly between the two sensing points, the speed must be fast

If you plug it back in or if there's a power outage, the machine will automatically turn on?
The reason for this problem is that when the machine is powered back on (unplugged or restored after a power outage), the gesture switch detects the external environment and turns the machine back on. But it doesn't happen every time, depending on the environment.
Can it be used outdoors?
Yes, but make sure the top of the range hood is covered. There can't be any rain leaking down at the top.
How do I stop auto-lighting when using gesture control to increase fan speed?
If you use gestures to start or speed, the growth rate (from left to right) will follow the light, deceleration (from right to left) will only reduce the wind speed, the light will not light.
If you do not need to turn on the light, you can use the button or remote control to turn off the light after adjusting the wind speed, or use the gesture from right to left (starting at 4 speed) to adjust the wind speed.
How do I disable gesture sensing?
If you want to disable the gesture function, you need to remove the circuit board of the control panel, and then cover the gesture switch launch point on both sides with black tape. Please see the picture I attached. Or you can paste black tape directly on the sensing points of the control panel, but this way you cannot use the remote control.
Note: Do not use light-permeable tape, otherwise it will cause misjudgment and cause the wind speed to change by itself.
About clock features?
Sorry, there's no clock feature, it's just a timer that can be set to turn off with a delay of 1-15 minutes.
