I am a builder that just retired. I remodeled my new home and for appliances I did an extent research (YouTube and reviews around). This hood came at the top of my list. I cook a lot but do not like the smell in the house. I cook a lot of fish and curries and now I can say for the first time my home is food smell free. Love it love it.

Purchased the Rangehood online and arrived within 1 week!
Installed it ourselves and everything went well and the unit operates very well.
Very strong, adjustable fan speed, and dimmable LED lights look great.

We have a new IKTCH 4o inch hood and it looks great and works well. We were missing a part and the customer service team was responsive and courteous and creative in finding ways to solve our issue.

This unit is beautiful and well built!!! It came in perfect condition and my contractor installed it without difficulty…then this happened!
I was reviewing everything and realized this was a ducted unit! Ugh! I needed a ductless unit. It was installed and now what do we do?!
Well, I reached out to the company and to my surprise and pure relief they offered me a full refund! Wow!! Anyone can sell products but a company with this level of customer service tells me they have integrity and are an EXCELLENT COMPANY!!!! I can’t say enough about how well they took care of this issue for me. I certainly will buy from them in the future!

We had our contractor install this fan, so I don't have an opinion on that, although it appeared to be easy as I watched them. This fan has a handsfree fan control. You wave you hand in front of it to activate different speeds on the fan. My objective was to find a fan that had strong suction to prevent the grease build up on cabinets. I won't know how effective this one is at that until it has been in for a while. It is easy to put the baffles in the dishwasher to clean. The light dims, which is nice as well. The noise level is fairly strong when on the highest suction, but I doubt that can be avoided if you want a strong pull. I would definitely buy this again.

I love the hands free option.
It is so powerful it actually blew some leaves off the deck outside. The noise level is OK.

Touchless control worked well once we got use to it. Settings were great to allow evacuation and noise level. Washing metal filters were easy. Worked just as good if not better than my Asian high flow system. Black fit my decor perfectly

This is a great product. I don't know what the bad reviews are about and because of them I wasn't going to buy this. But I did and I am very happy with the product. Great Value.

We use this ducted. It works great. Clears odors nicely. It does get noisy at top speed, but we expected this.
The stove lights are nice and bright. We are very satisfied.
