First unit ordered did not work properly. Asked for replacement under warranty. Their customer service responded right away and after providing video proof of the defect, they sent a replacement unit that works wonderfully. Really like the power and ease of installation. Would buy again.

Great range exhaust fans I am a builder and have purchased 7 so far. Customer service is very responsive. Product works well with great suction.900cfm.

We had some trouble with the vent filters and contacted customer service. They responded quickly not just describing what we needed to do but sending a video. The product itself great, lots of high end features at a very reasonable price. Couldn’t be happier to recommend this product.

We bought this range hood to complete our custom build while renovating our kitchen. The hood is well built and was easy to install. The lights are bright, suction is powerful, sensors work wonderfully and the steel looks beautiful. We love that the control panel is angled toward us making it easy to access. We had one issue with the blower kit rattling and whistling so we contacted the manufacturers customer service and they were quick to respond and sent us a replacement. Definitely recommend this product!

Very happy with features, power, noise level and aesthetic. I originally purchased because it indicated that this unit could be ventless. My contractor told me that it would not work well with the ventless setup, so be cautioned if you are purchasing for a ventless setup.
