Returns:

Please note that finalizing your order signifies your acceptance of our entire return policy. This policy applies solely to the IKTCH range hood official website and is not valid for other online stores such as Amazon, Walmart, or Home Depot. We hope you will be pleased with your purchase! But in case you are not 100% satisfied, our return procedure is very simple.

Return and Cancellation Process (For the USA and Canada):

To initiate a return, you can contact us at shopify@iktch.com and provide the reason for the return or cancellation. Please be aware that returns must be sent to the address we supply. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label, complete with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exclusions/Non-Returnable Items:

Please note that product accessories ordered separately are not eligible for returns. Additionally, we do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Should you have any questions or concerns, we urge you to reach out to us before placing your order.

Refunds:

Refund Process:

Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will process your refund according to the method you have selected. If you haven't chosen a refund method, we will default to refunding you through the original payment method used, or as per your refund preference on record.

When will I receive my refund?

Once the refund process is completed, you will receive a notification email about the refund. The timeframe for the refund to be reflected in your account depends on the refund method and your bank's policies.

  •  IKTCH Gift Card: Within 24 hours
  •  Store Wallet: Within 24 hours
  •  Credit/Debit Card: 1-15 business days
  •  PayPal: 1-7 business days

Please note that while the refund may be processed on our end, it may take some time for your bank or card issuer to apply the refund to your account balance or credit card statement. If you do not see the refund after the maximum estimated time frame, it's a good idea to contact your bank or payment provider for further information.

If my credit/debit card is no longer valid or has expired, how do I receive a refund?

For security reasons, refunds are processed only to the original card from which the payment was deducted. If your original card has expired or is no longer valid, you should contact the issuing authority (your bank or card issuer) for assistance; they can still collect the refund on your behalf. The bank typically has a process in place for handling such situations. 

Why is the amount received less than the refunded amount?

  1.  The bank may have charged a transaction fee.
  2.  The exchange rate has changed compared to the rate at the time of payment.
  3.  A return cancellation fee was incurred; for detailed information, please refer to the following explanation.

Note: The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and inform you if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund through the original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also need some time to process and post the refund.
